Mourinho raises Lampard doubts

Inter Milan boss Jose Mourinho has seemingly abandoned his hopes of signing Frank Lampard from Chelsea this summer but claims he is "100% sure" the midfielder will make the move in 12 months´ time.

The arrival of Deco at Chelsea on Monday night appeared to suggest Lampard´s future may lie away from Stamford Bridge as rumours continue about the England midfielder, but former Blues boss Mourinho is quoted by The Sun admitting it is unlikely the 30-year-old will be at the San Siro any time soon.

"This season? I don´t think so," Mourinho said. "Why won´t he? Well, it´s not because we don´t want him to, but I´m sure Chelsea and Chelsea´s officials don´t want to sell him."
