Larsen links up with Toulouse

Ligue 1 outfit Toulouse FC have drafted in Søren Larsen from FC Schalke 04 to fill the void created by Johan Elmander's move to Bolton Wanderers FC.

The 26-year-old striker has penned a four-year contract with Les Pitchounes although no details of the fee have been released. Larsen, who has six goals from ten appearances for Denmark, joined Schalke in 2005 from Djurgardens IF and proved a hit in his first season by scoring ten Bundesliga goals in just eleven starts to finish as the club's leading scorer alongside Kevin Kuranyi.
